Challenges

The bus station at Heathrow airport has poor wayfinding, little shelter and blank hard concrete surfaces which cover the majority of the view.

Solution

We created a series of shelters around the idea of a tree canopy, providing shelter, natural materials, greening and a human-centric place for people to be.
