Celebrating Able's projects in 2025

16/12/2025

2025 has been a crazy year for the team at Able Partners, and one we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve doubled in size, completed six built projects, designed many more, grown into new sectors and discovered some truly fantastic collaborators along the way. None of this would have been possible without the trust and energy of the people we work with, and we’re hugely grateful to everyone who helped make this year one to remember.

The video accompanying this post captures more than finished buildings – it reflects the relationships, ideas and shared commitment that underpin everything we do. From Hangar 21, an innovation lab in Trieste, to Victoria House, a life-science laboratory in central London, the year has spanned sectors and scales. We delivered Wells House, an £80m office refurbishment, alongside Tavistock House, a multi-million-pound transformation of a listed heritage asset, balancing performance with architectural care.

We also completed projects with strong civic and cultural value, including Peek*, a temporary viewing platform on Oxford Street; The Women’s Resource Centre, a sensitive refurbishment of an existing council asset; and The Gallery in Canterbury, a stunning new public gallery.

A massive thank you to our partners, clients and collaborators. Bring on 2026!
