With a high proportion of Contractor Designed Portions (CDPs), Wates required a trusted executive architect to maintain the Golden Thread and ensure the design architect’s intent was fully realised.

Able was appointed as Executive Architect, leading key technical packages and producing over 500 coordinated, interactive PDF details. These covered critical elements including the roof, PV installations, Mansafe systems and drylining, supporting clarity, compliance and high-quality delivery.
