Following COVID-19, the client aimed to create a workplace that prioritised wellbeing and culture, supporting different ways of working while encouraging people to reconnect, collaborate and spend time together in the office.
Solution
Able designed a welcoming and inclusive environment with a range of settings, including a 40-person boardroom, collaborative breakout spaces, games areas and multi-faith rooms, fostering wellbeing, flexibility and a strong sense of belonging.
